Ridgewood Pick Up & Drop Off

Directions to our various pick ups:

Bergen County:

Directions to the Graydon Pool Parking Lot, in Ridgewood, New Jersey.

From the north - take I-287 north to Rt. 208 south to Rt. 4 east to Rt. 17 north and then follow the directions below.

Take Route 17 North through Paramus to the Ridgewood border.

Take the exit marked “Linwood Avenue West – Ridgewood.”

Bear right and go up the ramp onto Linwood Avenue.
Get into the left lane on Linwood (the right lane will put you on Route 17 South).

Continue straight through the traffic light on Linwood and go past Valley Hospital toward downtown Ridgewood.

The Graydon Pool Parking Lot is at the cross-streets of Linwood and Northern Parkway. The parking lot is visible from Linwood Avenue just before a large sports field that is on the left. The pool is on the right side of the street.

Turn right on Northern Parkway and then left into the parking lot.

Teaneck:

The Board of Education Building is on the corner of Edgemont Place and Teaneck Road.

From Route 4 west take the exit for Teaneck Rd. south, just past the overpass.

At the end of the ramp you must go south onto Teaneck Rd. Take this about 300 yards past the first traffic light and make a right onto Edgemont Place and into the parking lot on the left.

From Route 4 east take the exit for Teaneck Rd. south, just before the overpass. Stay straight off the ramp onto Teaneck Rd.

Take this about 300 yards past the first traffic light and make a right onto Edgemont Place and into the parking lot on the left.

Route 287 South towards Morristown

Ø      Take Exit 37 – Rt 24 East
Ø      Get off at Exit 7 – JFK Pkwy – towards River Rd
Ø      Make U-turn onto JFK Pkwy and take Rt 124 West ramp toward Chatham
Ø      Make right onto Main Street – school is at 480 Main St (before Lafayette Ave)
Ø      Park in back of school (behind Lutheran church)
From I-78 west or I-78 east, take Rt. 24 west to:
Ø      Take Exit 37 – Rt 24 East
Ø      Get off at Exit 7 – JFK Pkwy – towards River Rd
Ø      Make U-turn onto JFK Pkwy and take Rt 124 West ramp toward Chatham

DIRECTIONS TO SOUTH PLAINFIELD SCHOOLS

FROM NORTH JERSEY - FROM PARKWAY SOUTH TO ROUTE 27, ISELIN

Take Garden State Parkway South to Exit 131, Iselin, which will be Route 27. (DO NOT TAKE EXIT 131 A.) Turn right on Route 27 and make the first right onto Magnolia Rd. Go to the traffic light and turn left onto Oak Tree Road. Follow for 3.2 miles and turn right onto Park Ave. (traffic light). Go to the next light and make a left onto Maple Ave. Continue onto Maple Ave. until you get to Lakeview Ave. (traffic light). Make a right onto Lakeview Ave. and go to the next light (Lane Avenue) make a right - TD Bank will be on your left and Flanagan’s Restaurant on your right. Continue down Lane Avenue to the High School parking lot. Enter the doors at the top of Lane Avenue.

FROM CENTRAL OR SOUTH JERSEY FROM PARKWAY NORTH &/OR ROUTE 287 SOUTH

Take Garden State Parkway North, to Exit for 287 North, to Exit for Durham Avenue, South Plainfield. Turn right on Durham Avenue. Approximately 1/4 mile ahead, bear to your right to proceed onto Hamilton Boulevard: Go 5 lights to Plainfield Ave. At the next light (Lane Avenue) make a right - TD Bank will be on your left and Flanagan’s Restaurant on the left. Take this to the end of Lane Avenue to the High School parking lot and the bus will be on the left.
